I'm glad you're here. If you are interested in getting a sneak peek at a Cars diecast collector's guide app I am working on, just read the terms below and then sign up. When the time comes, I will email you an access code that you can use to preview the app. Pretty simple, right?
Tech Specifics
The app is currently under development for:
Note: An Android app is not planned at this point in time.
- Windows 10 devices running version 1703 or higher. This includes computers, tablets, and phones.
- iOS 12 (Beta). This includes tablets and phones.

Timeline (for Windows 10 Version)
Right now the app is not available for testing. But that is changing soon! A preview version will be available to collectors in winter of 2018-2019.
Timeline (for iOS Version)
Hopefully a beta version of the iOS app will be ready by summer of 2019. A concrete timeline is not yet available.
Your Responsibilities Will Include...
- Testing. You'll need to try new features constantly, whether I'm adding a new feature or simply updating an existing one. It's important that all features work like they should. You'll need to go through the entire app and test everything.
- Breaking things. Do your best to put the app in unexpected scenarios by doing things regular users wouldn't do. The idea is to catch potential issues that I never would have realized were there.
- Submitting feedback. Whether the app crashed while you were using it, or you just have a small suggestion, I want to hear it. Your feedback will need to be specific so I can easily understand what you are talking about.
Your Responsibilities Won't Include...
- Actual software development. If you don't have experience with any programming languages and/or frameworks, don't sweat it. However, if you do have experience with C#, XAML, UWP, and/or Swift, you may have a better idea of what is going on behind the scenes.

Q: Is beta testing free?
A: Yup. No money needed. (Although having money certainly helps, am I right folks?)

A: Nope. I'm looking for volunteers who will work for free out of the goodness of their hearts.
Q: Can I show other people the app?
A: Yes. Even though this is a private beta, feel free to show the app to your friends and/or family.
Q: Can I share my access key with friends and family?
A: No. If your friends and/or family want to join too, they have to apply, just like everybody else.
